- Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your payment.
- During the Initial Phase: If work has begun but is less than 30% completed, you are eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative and labor costs.
- After Completion: Once a service has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Manuscript Formatting & Editing – If editing or formatting work has started.
- Cover Design & Illustrations – Once design concepts have been shared.
- ISBN & Distribution Services – Fees paid for ISBN registration, distribution, and third-party services.
- Marketing & Promotions – Advertising and promotional services already executed.
4. Refund Request Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
